I have over 20 years of experience as a coach, helping athletes like you become stronger, more durable, and faster.
I’ve helped hundreds get out of injury cycles that destroyed their enthusiasm and fun. I’ve served hundreds who have used my training plans to reach their goals and achieve success on the race course. I’ve spent the better part of my entire adult life learning the things that will help me, help you!
Sure, as an athlete I have accomplished a lot. It’s wasn’t easy to run a 2:39 marathon in Boston or qualify and get to Kona three times. I’ve also made a lot of mistakes. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned in the process of making those mistakes.
The achievements I’m most proud of are those that involve helping others thrive. And succeed!
